ZERO RATING! Don't buy from this company

Terrible customer service. I had to settle my own auto claim (we were hit by someone else). So I ultimately cancelled this policy and went to another company. I've had to call to get copies of my Home Owner policy AND to get bills. They denied the only house claim we've ever made - claimed it was too old (we reported problem as soon as we found it in attic). I talked to the GM of the office and just got a lot of patronizing attitude from him. He never helped or fixed anything. BEST ADVICE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go somewhere else that still practices good customer service.

The Best Insurance Ever

My husband had this insurance so when we marry he added me to this insurance and he has had it for over 20 years and they have been the best. I recommended them to my co-workers and and my sister and now they have Wawanesa and say they are the best.

Switch to these guys today!
